Program
- Create a comprehensive website that provides information on Zen philosophy, its history, and key teachings.
- Develop a series of online courses that cover the basics of Zen philosophy and provide guidance on how to apply its principles to daily life.
- Host regular online meetings or webinars where individuals can discuss and learn from one another’s experiences with Zen philosophy.
- Create a reading group where participants can read and discuss Zen texts such as “The Zen Teachings of Master Lin-Chi” and “The Gateless Barrier”.
- Organize in-person workshops and retreats that provide hands-on guidance and practice in Zen philosophy, including practices such as meditation, mindfulness, and martial arts.
- Develop resources such as guided meditations and journal prompts that are specific to Zen philosophy to help individuals integrate it into their daily lives.
- Encourage members to share their experience and insights about their practice on social media and other platforms.
- Encourage the understanding of the relationship between Zen and other spiritual practices like Buddhism, and how they can complement each other.
- Encourage the respect and understanding of the traditional customs and practices of Zen Buddhism and its role in the Asian culture and society.
