Mission

To promote the principles and teachings of Taoist philosophy as a means of achieving balance and harmony in one’s life.

A world where individuals actively practice Taoist philosophy to live in harmony with themselves, others, and the natural world.

Goals

  1. To increase understanding and awareness of Taoist philosophy among the general public.
  2. To provide resources and support for individuals interested in learning and practicing Taoist philosophy.
  3. To foster a community of individuals who support and encourage one another in their Taoist practices.

Program

  1. Create a comprehensive website that provides information on Taoist philosophy, its history, and key teachings.
  2. Develop a series of online courses that cover the basics of Taoist philosophy and provide guidance on how to apply its principles to daily life.
  3. Host regular online meetings or webinars where individuals can discuss and learn from one another’s experiences with Taoist philosophy.
  4. Create a reading group where participants can read and discuss Taoist texts such as the “Tao Te Ching” and “Chuang Tzu”.
  5. Organize in-person workshops and retreats that provide hands-on guidance and practice in Taoist philosophy, including practices such as Tai Chi, Qigong, and meditation.
  6. Develop resources such as guided meditations and journal prompts that are specific to Taoist philosophy to help individuals integrate it into their daily lives.
  7. Encourage members to share their experience and insights about their practice on social media and other platforms.
  8. Encourage the appreciation of nature and the natural world as a vital aspect of Taoist philosophy, and organize outdoor activities such as hikes and camping trips to connect with nature.
