To promote the principles and teachings of Shinto philosophy as a means of achieving spiritual harmony and connection with the natural world.

VISION
world where individuals actively practice Shinto philosophy to live in harmony with themselves, others, and the natural world, by connecting with the kami (gods, spirits) and the natural elements.

Goals
- To increase understanding and awareness of Shinto philosophy among the general public.
- To provide resources and support for individuals interested in learning and practicing Shinto philosophy.
- To foster a community of individuals who support and encourage one another in their Shinto practices.

Program
- Create a comprehensive website that provides information on Shinto philosophy, its history, and key teachings.
- Develop a series of online courses that cover the basics of Shinto philosophy and provide guidance on how to apply its principles to daily life.
- Host regular online meetings or webinars where individuals can discuss and learn from one another’s experiences with Shinto philosophy.
- Create a reading group where participants can read and discuss Shinto texts such as the “Kojiki” and “Nihon Shoki”.
- Organize in-person workshops and retreats that provide hands-on guidance and practice in Shinto philosophy, including practices such as purification rituals, visiting shrines, and participating in festivals.
- Develop resources such as guided meditations and journal prompts that are specific to Shinto philosophy to help individuals integrate it into their daily lives.
- Encourage members to share their experience and insights about their practice on social media and other platforms.
- Encourage the appreciation of nature and the natural world as a vital aspect of
Shinto philosophy, and organize outdoor activities such as hikes and camping
trips to connect with nature. - Encourage the respect and understanding of the traditional customs and practices of the Shinto religion and its role in the Japanese culture and society.
