To promote the principles and teachings of Indian philosophy as a means of understanding the nature of reality, the self, and the path to ultimate liberation and self-realization

A world where individuals actively practice and integrate the principles of Indian philosophy into their daily lives, to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life guided by the values of ancient Indian wisdom

Goals

  1. To increase understanding and awareness of Indian philosophy among the general public.
  2. To provide resources and support for individuals interested in learning and practicing Indian philosophy.
  3. To foster a community of individuals who support and encourage one another in their exploration and integration of Indian philosophical principles.

Program

  1. Create a comprehensive website that provides information on Indian philosophy, its history, and key teachings.
  2. Develop a series of online courses that cover the basics of Indian philosophy and provide guidance on how to apply its principles to daily life.
  3. Host regular online meetings or webinars where individuals can discuss and learn from one another’s experiences with Indian philosophy.
  4. Create a reading group where participants can read and discuss texts related to Indian philosophy, such as the Upanishads, the Bhagavad Gita, and the works of Indian philosophers such as Adi Shankara and Patanjali.
  5. Organize in-person workshops and retreats that provide guidance and practice in the main Indian philosophical systems such as Vedanta, Yoga, Samkhya, and Buddhism.
  6. Develop resources such as worksheets and exercises that are specific to Indian philosophy to help individuals integrate it into their daily lives.
  7. Encourage members to share their experience and insights about their practice on social media and other platforms.
  8. Encourage the understanding of the relationship between different Indian philosophical systems, and how they can complement each other.
  9. Provide resources for those interested in the traditional customs and practices of Indian philosophy such as yoga, meditation, and puja and how they can be integrated into daily life.
  10. Provide access to teachers and scholars of Indian philosophy to help deepen understanding and knowledge.
  11. Organize events and activities that provide an opportunity to connect with like- minded individuals and build a community of Indian philosophy practitioners.
