Holism Philosophy

Mission

To promote the principles and teachings of Holism as a means of understanding the interconnectedness of all things, and as a path to gaining a deeper understanding of the natural world and how it works.

VISION

A world where individuals actively practice and integrate the principles of Holism into their daily lives, to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life guided by the values of understanding the interconnectedness of all things and the holistic nature of the natural world.

Goals

  1. To increase understanding and awareness of Holism among the general public.
  2. To provide resources and support for individuals interested in learning and practicing Holism.
  3. To foster a community of individuals who support and encourage one another in their exploration and integration of Holistic principles.

Program

  1. Create a comprehensive website that provides information on Holism, its history, and key teachings.
  2. Develop a series of online courses that cover the basics of Holism and provide guidance on how to apply its principles to daily life.
  3. Host regular online meetings or webinars where individuals can discuss and learn from one another’s experiences with Holism.
  4. Create a reading group where participants can read and discuss texts related to Holism, such as “Wholeness and the Implicate Order” by David Bohm and “The Tao of Physics” by Fritjof Capra
  5. Organize in-person workshops and retreats that provide guidance and practice in understanding the interconnectedness of all things and the holistic nature of the natural world through the lens of Holism philosophy.
  6. Develop resources such as worksheets and exercises that are specific to Holism to help individuals integrate it into their daily lives.
  7. Encourage members to share their experience and insights about their practice on social media and other platforms.
  8. Encourage the understanding of the relationship between Holism and other philosophical perspectives, such as Reductionism, and how they can complement each other.
  9. Provide resources for those interested in the traditional customs and practices of Holism, such as meditation, mindfulness, and yoga.
  10. Encourage the practice of observation, reflection, and mindfulness as a means of understanding the interconnectedness of all things and the holistic nature of
