To promote the principles and teachings of Hedonistic philosophy as a means of achieving pleasure and happiness in one’s life

Goals

  1. To increase understanding and awareness of Hedonistic philosophy among the general public.
  2. To provide resources and support for individuals interested in learning and practicing Hedonistic philosophy.
  3. To foster a community of individuals who support and encourage one another
    in their pursuit of pleasure and happiness.

Program

  1. Create a comprehensive website that provides information on Hedonistic philosophy, its history, and key teachings.
  2. Develop a series of online courses that cover the basics of Hedonistic philosophy and provide guidance on how to apply its principles to daily life.
  3. Host regular online meetings or webinars where individuals can discuss and learn from one another’s experiences with Hedonistic philosophy.
  4. Create a reading group where participants can read and discuss texts related to Hedonistic philosophy, such as “The Republic” by Plato or “The Hedonistic Imperative” by David Pearce
  5. Organize in-person workshops and retreats that provide guidance and practice in pursuing pleasure and happiness, such as workshops on mindfulness, selfcare, and positive psychology.
  6. Develop resources such as guided meditations and journal prompts that are specific to Hedonistic philosophy to help individuals integrate it into their daily lives.
  7. Encourage members to share their experience and insights about their practice on social media and other platforms.
  8. Encourage the understanding of the relationship between Hedonism and other philosophical perspectives, such as Stoicism, and how they can complement each other.
